Out of the Fryer: 15 ways to get your doughnut fix

"Out of the Fryer" is my first ever e-book, dedicated to making all things doughnut-related! In this book, we explore a variety of ways to make doughnuts through 15 different recipes! Some are familiar with my own spins, like an old-fashioned cake doughnut with a "Yakult" glaze, and others are entirely original concepts like my baked lemon-chiffon doughnuts! As a pastry cook who has worked in several restaurants and bakeries, I wanted this project to be my opportunity to share some of those experiences in the form of these adorably sweet treats!
