PRE-REQUISITES TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE

Install softwares accordingly with your kind of processor 64:
Install Python
Install Anaconda
Install SQLite
Click on Python with the right mouse button, click in Delete; in the popping up window,
use the right button above Python, click on Modify, select all topics (like 'pip' etc) and hit 'Install'
Search in the searching filed of Explorer, within this folder, 'cmd' and hit enter
Write then hit enter with these texts:
'pip install tk'
'pip install pyinstaller'
'pip install sqlite'
'pip install datetime'
'pip install pillow'

Then, just click in the file you downloaded from here and use it.
