For short term rental users, this is a quick and easy Excel spreadsheet you can use to track your expenses. Now includes charts, allows you to change the name of the expense categories, add occupancy rates, average revenue per night rented, and also includes profit/losses by month. Not recommended to use with Google Sheets (functionality with the charts don't work correctly).
